Adaniapo provides professional geodetic surveying, rural land mapping, and topographic profiling services using high-resolution optical total stations and satellite positioning systems, coordinated under the Adani APO regional technical guidelines. Our services include the design of gravity-fed water drainage pathways and the production of certified boundary maps. All deliverables are based on field measurements and are subject to the accuracy limitations inherent in the methods used.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of our services. You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or consents for access to land or property. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage our reputation or operations.
All survey data, maps, reports, and other deliverables produced by Adaniapo remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the deliverables without our prior written consent.
Adaniapo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or deliverables. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or that the deliverables will meet all your specific requirements without further adjustment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using any deliverables and return or destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 3, 4, and 6 shall survive termination.
